Welcome to Anchor Flare, a product of A2BDAYz ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using any Anchor Flare application available through the Shopify App Store or at anchorflare.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
By installing, accessing, or using any Anchor Flare application ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify store and any credentials used to access Anchor Flare services. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during installation and setup
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Anchor Flare apps integrate with your Shopify store through the Shopify API. By installing our apps, you grant us permission to:
- Access store data as specified by the app's requested Shopify API scopes
- Read and write product, order, and customer data as necessary for app functionality
- Receive webhook notifications for store events relevant to app features
- Store and process data required to deliver the Service
We use your Shopify store data solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
Anchor Flare apps are offered on a subscription basis through the Shopify billing system.
- Bronze (Starter) — Essential features for getting started
- Silver (Pro) — Advanced features for growing businesses
- Gold (Elite) — Full-featured access with priority support
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all features included in the selected plan. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
Subscription charges are billed through the Shopify billing system on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Prices are in USD. You authorize Shopify to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
All content, features, and functionality of Anchor Flare applications — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design elements — are owned by A2BDAYz and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our software without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A2BDAYz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may terminate your use of any Anchor Flare app at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination, we will delete your store data within 30 days, in compliance with Shopify's mandatory data deletion requirements. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us at support@A2BDAYz.com.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
