When you install an Anchor Flare app, we access certain data from your Shopify store through the Shopify API, based on the permissions you grant during installation. This may include:
- Store information (name, domain, contact email)
- Product and collection data
- Order and fulfillment data
- Customer data (as permitted by your API scopes)
- Theme and content data
We collect anonymized usage data to improve our apps, including:
- Feature usage patterns and frequency
- App performance metrics (load times, error rates)
- Navigation patterns within our applications
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide app functionality — deliver the features and services you subscribed to

As a Shopify Partner, we comply with all Shopify API Terms of Service and data protection requirements. This includes:
- Mandatory Privacy Webhooks — we implement all required Shopify privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact)
- Data Minimization — we only access and store data necessary for app functionality
- Data Deletion — we honor all data deletion requests within the required timeframe
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:
- Database — Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest
- Encryption — all data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
- Access Control — role-based access with principle of least privilege
- Monitoring — continuous security monitoring and logging
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Shopify — store integration and app distribution. Shopify handles store data under its own privacy policy.
- Supabase — database hosting and authentication infrastructure.
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
We retain your store data for as long as your app is installed and active. When you uninstall an Anchor Flare app:
- Your store data is deleted within 30 days of uninstallation
- Billing records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years for financial records)
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely
You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@A2BDAYz.com.
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of all data we hold about your store
- Correction — request that inaccurate data be corrected
- Deletion — request that your data be deleted (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
